so, I didn’t end up winning the Cake Shop contest. technically. the votes were very very close, in the end, we both had over a thousand votes! that in itself is incredible.

technically, I got second place. but the numbers were so close, and we both fought so hard, that they made the decision that we would BOTH be in the fashion show.

that’s right - I will be modeling for Cake Shop couture at the TaiyouCon 2012 J-fashion show. :)

I will be working on my big thank you post after this week of craziness dies down, but in the meantime, from the bottom of my heart, thank you, every single one of you. I never would have believed that so many people would want me to win, and be so passionate about it as well. even to those of you who just clicked on it without a second thought, you helped make my dream come true, and I am forever grateful. <3
